Indus Innovations is looking for a street-smart and proactive Site Manager to oversee on-site operations and manage inventory efficiently. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil (mandatory) and have hands-on experience in site supervision and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure timely project completion.

Monitor work progress, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to resolve issues.

Conduct site inspections and report updates to management.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of stock, tools, and materials needed for the construction.

Track inventory levels, place orders, and manage deliveries.

Implement cost-saving measures to reduce waste and losses.

Perform regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

Fluent in Tamil (mandatory) – must communicate effectively with local teams.

Street-smart, practical, and problem-solving attitude (degree not mandatory).

Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Inventory software preferred).

Willingness to travel to different sites as needed.
