Go on site visits to meet clients
Source raw materials and products

Quantity estimation of various trades of projects of overseas clients. • Review proposal specifications, plans etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate,view schedules of projects being estimated. • Quantity Estimation of architectural trades (roofing, flooring. Paint, insulation, Windows, lighting fixtures) of for contractors based in USA, Canada and Australia. • Consult with clients to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues • Review addendums of projects already done and make changes to the estimate accordingly.
