Position Title: Architect

Reports To: [Design Manager / Head of Architecture / Director of Projects]

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to lead the design and development of building projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, technical expertise, and an understanding of local building codes and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and develop building and infrastructure projects.

• Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare and present design proposals and feasibility studies.

• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and construction phases.

• Integrate sustainable and innovative design solutions.

• Conduct site visits and inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or arch’s degree in Architecture.

• Licensed Architect (or in progress, depending on region).

• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, etc.).

• Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

• Minimum [X] years of experience in architectural design.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling).

• LEED Accreditation or sustainability expertise.

• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
