Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage high-end interior projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design and project management skills, a keen sense of aesthetics, and the ability to deliver innovative, functional, and client-focused design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development of residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.

• Interpret client briefs and translate them into design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations.

• Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D visuals, and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure quality standards.

• Lead and mentor junior designers, assign tasks, and review design deliverables.

• Manage client communications, present designs, and incorporate feedback effectively.

• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met without compromising design quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• 5+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, and MS Office.

• Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, and design trends.

• Excellent space planning, visualization, and detailing skills.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently or in a team.

Preferred:

• Experience in high-end residential, corporate, or hospitality interiors.

• On-site project handling experience.
