Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our Interior Design firm. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and execution of interior projects, prepare architectural drawings, and coordinate with the team for smooth project delivery. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with 6 month–3 years of experience in architectural design, especially in the interior design field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing interior layout designs, concepts, and space planning.

• Prepare architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D views using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools.

• Support senior architects and interior designers in site measurements, surveys, and design documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for design implementation and execution.

• Conduct material research and support the team in sourcing and selection.

• Assist in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and BOQs.

• Make regular site visits to ensure design intent and detailing is executed properly.

• Maintain project files, drawings, and documentation for review and approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.

• 0–3 years of experience in architectural or interior design.

• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of construction techniques and interior materials.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of interior design trends and practices.

• Familiarity with site execution and technical drawings.

• Creativity with a practical mindset.
