About the Role:

We are looking for a Delhi-based Freelance Architect with a strong background in construction to work closely with our in-house team on residential and commercial architectural projects. This role requires regular onsite visits and active involvement in both the design and execution phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present architectural designs for residential and commercial projects

• Prepare 2D/3D drawings, construction documents, and BOQs

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients for project execution

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans

• Provide technical guidance and design support during construction

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design integrity and timelines are met

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture and construction projects

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and site supervision

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Must be based in New Delhi

• Availability to visit the Head Office in New Delhi at least 10 days per month

Work Mode:

• Freelance (Remote + Onsite)

• Mandatory Head Office visits (10 days/month)
