Celestile is a leading luxury home décor brand specializing in premium tiles and designer surfaces. We collaborate with top architects and interior designers to deliver elegant and innovative material solutions for high-end residential and commercial projects.
We are seeking a dynamic and well-spoken Architect Relationship Officer (ARO) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh female graduates who are passionate about interior design and client engagement. The ARO will be instrumental in interacting with architects and designers, introducing them to our premium product range, and inviting them to experience our exclusive studio.

Connect with architects and interior designers through calls, emails, and visits to build long-term relationships
Invite and host architects at our studio, guiding them through our product offerings
Support senior sales team with presentations, sample coordination, and client follow-ups
Maintain records of interactions and activities using CRM tools
Represent the brand at architect events, seminars, and exhibitions
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Polished and presentable personality with a passion for design and interiors
Confidence to engage clients and explain product features effectively
Willingness to learn and travel for client meetings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior internships in sales or design are a plus
