Primary roles and responsibilities
Promote Brakes India products: Market and sell the company's aftermarket products, such as automotive brake parts, to a network of dealers and distributors.
Achieve sales targets: Meet and exceed specific sales goals for a defined range of "focus parts".
Dealer and distributor engagement: Visit 10 to 15 dealers daily within the assigned territory to maintain a positive and productive business relationship.
Process sales orders: Utilize a mobile application to process and manage sales orders efficiently.
Develop product expertise: Rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of product numbers and the features and benefits of products across all market segments.
Market research and reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports and updates to the Field Parts Engineer. This may include gathering market intelligence and tracking sales performance.
Maintain territory coverage: Ensure comprehensive coverage of the designated sales region from the base location. If relocating is necessary, the representative must be willing to do so.
Address client needs: Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner, providing solutions and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
