We are looking for a 2D/3D Architect - Landscape Design to join our team at Malancha to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000 and opportunities to work on landscape creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/landscape/MEP concepts and layouts.
• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate - B Arch and candidate must be a fresher. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and BOQ preparation.
