We are looking for a Site Architect to join our team Nuvhon Constructs Pvt Ltd to design and execute functional, corporate fitout spaces. The role involves planning site coordination, creating drawings 2D, BOQ, Site measurement, Quality check, Reports, Documentation, Taking quotations from vendors etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of 18,000 to 20,000 and opportunities to work at different location and good clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study drawings and explain to workers.

• Work on 2D drawings and BOQ

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Manage client requests and do coordination with all parties.

• Prepare weekly reports and share check quality at site.

• Prepare site condition report.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI and Fresher Architects interested in site roles and want to learn and pursue their carrier as Project Manager. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, excel, PPT and should have good knowledge of interior drawings, details and materials.
