• Graduated from an Architecture / Interior design program (We are currently not accepting applications from any other programs like Engineering, etc).

• Well-versed with AutoCAD, Sketchup

• Has worked for a period of at least 6 months.

• Passionate & detail oriented.

• Awesome presentation skills.

• Good oral & written English communication skills.

• Should be a team player.

• Should have the desire to learn new things (We always want to grow as a company and we encourage bringing new ideas to the table).

• Can take responsibility & can work to meet client deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Design Architect by creating detailed AutoCAD/ Revit drawing sets.

• Research and Source materials specifications.

• Work on detailed project cost estimates of various materials & labours.

• Create 3D models & renderings (Having this skill is a plus, not must).

• Visit sites & supervise work.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.

• Coordinate with architects & other consultants.

Key Softwares

Proficiency in the following softwares is a must:

• AutoCAD.

• MS Office

Proficiency in the following softwares is a plus:

• Sketchup + Vray.

• Revit + Lumion.

• Photoshop.

• Illustrator.

• 3DS Max.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
