Roles and Responsibilities:
Open to work from office in 24•7
•Assist supervisor in duties pertaining to transportation issues in supervisors’ absence.
•Maintain OTA & OTD.
•Support Data Entry in TMS, MS Excel, Emailing
•Update and provide tracking information to internal managers.
•Coordination on phone/emails/any other platform.
•Performing the entire task related to MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Match, Index, HLOOKUP, Conditionals,
•Proper, pivot table, if formulas, sum-if, count if, much more data formatting
•Coordinate transportation services for employees, clients, or guests of the organization.
•Plan and schedule transportation routes and arrangements based on requirements and availability.
•Communicate transportation details and instructions to drivers and passengers.
•Monitor transportation operations to ensure adherence to schedules and safety regulations.
•Resolve issues or conflicts related to transportation services in a timely and efficient manner.
•Maintain records of transportation activities, including trip logs, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption.
•Coordinate with transportation vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
•Provide assistance and support to drivers and passengers as needed.
•Prepare reports and analyses on transportation performance and costs.
