Tender Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Tender Executive with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably within the Defense and Aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in managing tenders from government bodies, specifically the Ministry of Defense (MoD) and Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).

This role requires thorough knowledge of public procurement processes, exceptional documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities: -

Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including evaluation, preparation, submission, and post-submission follow-up.

- Interpret and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) issued by MoD, MHA, and affiliated agencies.

- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals in line with tender specifications and compliance requirements.
