2.         Tax Planning & Advisory: Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance.

Provide guidance on tax implications for various financial and business decisions.

Keep updated with changes in direct tax laws and assess their impact on the organisation.

3.         Assessments & Appeals: Represent the organisation in tax assessments, hearings, and appeals.

4.         Qualifications and Skills: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification. In-depth knowledge of direct taxation laws and regulations.

Proficiency in tax software and MS Office.

5.         Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in direct taxation.
