Litigation Support (Basic Level):

• Drafting and filing of replies to notices under section 143(1), 139(9), 154, 133(6), 142(1), etc.

• Preparation of documents for assessments and assisting seniors in compiling case papers.

• Filing rectification, appeal forms, and stay applications.

• Liaising with clients for gathering supporting documents and facts for representation.

• Client Handling & Documentation

• Regular interaction with clients for data collection and status updates.

• Maintaining documentation for all filings and correspondence with the department.
