Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with installation, setup, and basic configuration of Tally ERP / TallyPrime.

• Provide first-level support for queries related to accounting entries, ledgers, GST, invoicing, and reporting in Tally.

• Troubleshoot software issues and escalate complex problems to the senior support team if required.

• Guide clients in using Tally on Cloud and other related services.

• Maintain proper records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.

• Coordinate with the technical team for timely issue resolution.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any related field (freshers welcome).

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Tally software (training will be provided).

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
