Key Responsibility
· Resolving a maximum number of queries via phone, remote desk.
· Engaging with clients to understand their queries and providing effective solutions.
· Setting work priorities based on the urgency of situations and ensuring the completion of the entire query resolution cycle.
· Maintain logs of issues and resolutions for future reference and process improvement.
Requirements: We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
· Knowledgeable about Tally software.
· Possesses excellent communication skills and is a good listener.
· Clear spoken and customer-centric approach.
