About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Operator to manage daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks using Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and day-to-day financial entries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP.

• Record sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related calculations and filings.

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.

• Generate invoices, debit/credit notes, and reports as required.

• Support the finance team during audits and month-end closings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant/Tally Operator or similar role.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good MS Excel and computer skills.

• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting preferred.
