Tally Operator – Job Description

Role:

Responsible for maintaining daily accounting records using Tally ERP, handling data entry, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries in Tally

Prepare GST and TDS reports

Maintain ledgers and account statements

Handle bank reconciliation

Assist with audit and MIS reports

Requirements:

Basic accounting knowledge

Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

1–2 years of experience

B.Com or related qualification preferred

Location: Office-based

Salary: ₹16000–₹20,000/month (based on experience)
