Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Tally Operator to handle our day-to-day accounting tasks. The role involves invoicing, data entry, cash register management, and Excel sheet maintenance. The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of Tally Prime and a sound understanding of basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage sales and purchase invoices in Tally Prime.

Enter daily transactions and maintain accurate accounts.

Handle cash register and reconcile daily balances.

Prepare and update Excel sheets for stock, expenses, and accounts.

Monitor accounts receivable/payable and assist in follow-ups.

Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Provide support in preparing MIS and financial reports as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Commerce/Accounts/Finance preferred.

1–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data entry).

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

Accuracy, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
