We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Tally Support cum Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support related to Tally software and also play an active role in generating sales and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Tally Support:
Provide installation, activation, and troubleshooting support for Tally software.
Train customers on how to use Tally effectively.
Resolve client queries related to accounting entries, GST, reports, backups, etc.
Sales Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and promote Tally software and related services.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Prepare and send quotations/proposals to clients.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams for demos, onboarding, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of TallyPrime.
Understanding of accounting and GST.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure.
Eligibility:
Graduate (B.Com, or related field preferred).
Prior experience in Tally support or sales will be an added advantage.
Freshers with Tally knowledge are also welcome.
