Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
Conduct account reconciliations and analysis to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Ensure timely closing of the books and maintain general ledger integrity.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Liaise with external auditors during audits and support audit preparation.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes.
Stay up to date with accounting regulations and industry best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
CPA certification.

Knowledge of ERP system implementation or upgrades.
