Job Summary: The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing accounting entries, preparing BRS statements, and generating monthly MIS reports. This role includes maintaining cash books, coordinating audits, handling vendor and customer balances, and ensuring compliance with statutory and taxation requirements.

Experience: 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience

Package: As per industry standards

Skill Set: Tally, Taxation, MS Office, Finance, Auditing, Operations, Accounting, Budgeting, Debtors & Creditors Management.

Key Responsibilities:

o Passing entries in Tally (receipts, cash, bank payments and journal)

o Preparation of BRS statements

o Monthly MIS (cash flow and sales)

o Maintaining cash book and bank passbook (manual and Tally)

o Preparing and monitoring the monthly budget, comparing budget vs actuals

o Coordinating internal and external audits

o Maintaining the vendor and customer balances

o Maintaining the agreements and other documents

o Intercompany reconciliations

o Statutory, taxation, TDS, PT, EPF & books of accounts for CWM & CWD(cash with management & deposit)

o Inventory, BRS, fund statement, payments, petty cash from all the stores/outlets

o Closing entries for books of accounts, co-ordination with auditors, getting financials

o Giving information or date to consultants of CWM for ESIC & EPF

o All other banking works

o Vendor management and negotiation
