Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting functions, ensure statutory compliance, and actively coordinate with banks and financial institutions for working capital, term loans, and other funding proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Compliance:

• Manage daily accounting operations including vouchers, journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.

• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely settlements.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements.

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per statutory norms.

• Ensure timely GST/TDS filings and coordination with auditors for statutory and tax audits.

2. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Generate MIS reports for management review.

3. Bank Liaisoning:

• Liaise with banks for day-to-day banking operations including RTGS/NEFT transactions, LC/BG management.

• Handle bank reconciliations and fund transfers.

4. Loan Proposal & Documentation:

• Work on preparing and submitting loan proposals for term loans, overdrafts, and other funding needs.

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for documentation, follow-ups, and compliance.

• Track loan disbursements, repayment schedules, and interest obligations.

5. Internal Controls & Support:

• Implement and monitor internal financial controls.

• Support management in financial decision-making and investment planning.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software

• Advanced Excel skills

• Sound understanding of financial regulations and compliance

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially with banks

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Preferred Background:

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors will be an added advantage.
