Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive (ERPNext / SAP Experience Preferred)

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Department: Accounts & Finance

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate accounting records in ERPNext or SAPPrepare and analyze financial statements, ledgers, and reportsOversee accounts payable and receivable, GST filings, and bank reconciliationsEnsure compliance with statutory and tax regulations (TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.)Coordinate with internal departments for billing, costing, and purchase invoice reconciliationHandle monthly closing activities, audit preparations, and financial reportingSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesTrain junior accountants and ensure accurate documentation

Required Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter or equivalentMinimum 5 years of accounting experiencePrior hands-on experience with ERPNext or SAP is preferredStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standardsProficiency in Excel, Tally, and digital accounting systems

Preferred Qualities:

Analytical mindset and attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExperience in a manufacturing, trading, or building materials industry is a plus
