Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and records.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable taxes.
Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
Implement and improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, journal entries, and trial balances.
Mentor and supervise junior accountants or accounting assistants.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
