Job Description: Senior Executive – Accounts and Finance Job Title: Senior Executive – Accounts and Finance Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Gurgaon Sohna Road Sec- 48 Reports To: Manager – Accounts and Finance

1. Job Purpose:- To support the accounts and finance operations by handling day-to-day activities such as invoice generation, client coordination for payments, vendor management and managing creditors and debtors to ensure smooth financial transactions and records.

2. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in Tally - Prepare and raise client invoices as per agreed terms and timelines. - Share invoices with clients and follow up for timely payments. - Maintain and update records of receivables and payables. - Coordinate with internal teams and clients for invoice-related queries. - Manage vendor onboarding, documentation and payments. - Track and reconcile vendor bills and payment schedules. - Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections. - Maintain accurate records of creditors and debtors. - Assist in monthly closing activities and account reconciliations. - Support the audit process by providing required documentation and reports.

3. Key Skills & Competencies: - Good understanding of accounting principles and practices - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software - Effective communication and coordination skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

4. Qualifications & Experience: - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification - 2 - 6 years of experience in accounts and finance roles- Experience in invoicing, vendor coordination, and receivables/payables management is preferred

5. Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Timely and accurate invoice generation - Payment collection cycle time - Accuracy in vendor payment processing - Reduction in outstanding receivables - Accuracy and timeliness of creditor and debtor records
