Requirement:
- Exp. In Statutory Compliance & Salary.
- Exp. in Taxation.
- Exp. in statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS , MLWF, GST & Gratuity etc.
- Exp. Company Registrar & related all the forms (ROC).
- Exp. In Maintaining accurate financial records like Purchase sales bills, Receipt payments & Expenses entries using tally prime.
- Preparing monthly,quarterly and annual closings.
- Handling of petty cash, recording & filing cash transactions.
- Assisting in Internal Audit.
- Exp. in Reconciliation and accounting all transactions.
- Foreign Remittance.
- Calculations of TDS, VAT, Service Tax, PT.
- Preparation of form 16 & form 16A (TDS Certificate).
- Documents renewal of Shop Act, SEZ etc.
- Coordination with bank for renewal sanction letter other related Documents (if required on call)
- Online payments of vendors.
- Preparation of Commission Note.
- Exp. in NEFT, RTGS, CHEQUE Issue.
- Maintain Day to Day Receipts & Payments.
- Book provisions entries in tally.
- Preparation of c form receivable / c form Issuable.
