Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable to join our Finance team at Nibav Lifts Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end accounts payable operations, vendor management, and ensure accurate and timely processing of all payables using Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire Accounts Payable process – invoice verification, posting, and payment processing in Tally.

• Review vendor invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain proper documentation.

• Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve any payment or invoice discrepancies.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance related to accounts payable.

• Support month-end closing activities and assist in preparing payable reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for all payables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable.

• Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Excel for reconciliation and reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.
