We are looking for an Senior Accountant to join our team at at K.r. Mangalam World School. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

Manage all Payments to Vendors, Government departments, TDS and others as applicable in timely manner and corresponding bookkeeping.

• Compliance handling with regard to Taxation, TDS, GST, Statutory, etc.

• Prepare financial statements on regular cadence, manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, other financial statements for periodic business review.

• Manage TDS returns filing and end to end management of TDS for business and customers.

• Manage taxation matters related to business transactions.

• Manage all compliance matters related to business, ensure seamlessly managed end to end, with necessary process setup.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
