Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support financial planning. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts

• Handle tax planning and compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits

• Maintain accuracy of financial records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations

• Assist management in financial planning, risk management, and decision-making

• Supervise and mentor junior accountants

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / GAAP)

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or other accounting software

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Good communication and team management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

• CA Inter / CMA Inter (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience
