About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team at Fi5th Media. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and maintaining compliance with GST and other tax regulations. Your expertise in Tally ERP, financial accounting, and accounts payable/receivable will be crucial in supporting the overall financial health of our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Tally with GST - Maintain and reconcile financial records using Tally ERP 9 software, ensuring accurate GST compliance.

• GST Compliances - Manage and file GST returns, stay up-to-date with GST regulations, and ensure timely tax payments.

• Financial Accounting - Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable - Manage and monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• TDS & GST - Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS and GST as per the applicable laws and regulations.

• Account Management - Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address financial queries and resolve any discrepancies.

• Advanced Excel Skills - Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze financial data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Tally-ERP and Tally ERP 9 expertise

• Financial Accounting knowledge and experience

• Proficiency in GST Compliances, including filing returns and managing tax obligations

• Expertise in Accounts Payable and Receivable management

• Strong understanding of TDS calculations and compliance

• Excellent Bank Reconciliation skills

• Familiarity with Accounting Software: Tally

• Advanced Excel Skills for financial analysis and reporting
