📌 Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting

- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements

- Maintain banking and insurance documentation

- Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements

- Assist the Director with financial reports and strategic planning

- Create and maintain MIS reports for management

- Support in financial analysis and business projections

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies

- Coordinate audits and liaise with external agencies

- Use MS Office tools—especially Excel—for financial tasks

🎯 Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)

- Experience in payroll, banking, insurance documentation, and MIS reporting

- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills

- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records
