We are looking for an Senior Account Executive to join our team at at CBS HUB PVT LTD. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Payments Management

· Execute diverse payment types: vendor/material payments, utilities, statutory dues, import transactions, consultant fees, and miscellaneous expenses.

· Verify invoices, confirm payment approval, and ensure timely disbursement.

2. UTR Sharing & Ticket Closure

· After each payment, immediately post UTR details in the Helpdesk ticketing system and close the ticket.

· Respond to email payment requests with UTR information, maintaining traceable communication records.

3. Daily Bank Reconciliation

· Reconcile daily bank statements against internal ledgers and payment records.

· Share daily bank statements with the finance team for transparency.

4. BOE Coordination

· Compile and share Bill of Exchange (BOE) details with the bank as per schedule.

· Maintain an updated BOE tracking sheet and ensure timely bank communication.
