Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Andheri East / West

Experience Required: 5+ years in Accounting/Finance

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Head of Accounts
CTC : 45K to 50K
Working Days : 6 Days Alternate Sat. off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable standards (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

• Handle accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.

• Prepare MIS reports, balance sheet, profit & loss statements, and cash flow management.

• Coordinate with auditors (statutory, internal, tax) and ensure proper documentation.

• Review and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.

• Assist in automation of accounting processes and ERP system management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and improve internal controls.

• Mentor junior accountants and support staff in day-to-day activities.
