About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Checker with 1–3 years of experience in the US Staffing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of the recruitment process, resumes, submittals, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and validate recruiter submissions to ensure 100% accuracy and quality.

• Review resumes, job descriptions, and communication with clients and candidates.

• Ensure all client-specific compliance, formatting, and quality standards are met.

• Provide timely feedback and coaching to recruiters for continuous improvement.

• Maintain detailed records of quality checks and create reports.

• Coordinate with the recruitment and compliance team to resolve discrepancies.

• Work in alignment with night shift operations targeting the US market.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in a Quality Checker/QA role in US Staffing.

• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, terminologies, and compliance protocols.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in MS Office and ATS tools.
