Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage all payroll-related tasks. The Payroll Executive’s responsibilities include maintaining employee data, ensuring timely salary processing, handling statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, PT, TDS), and resolving payroll-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process and manage end-to-end payroll for all employees on a monthly basis.
· Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and incentives.
· Verify and reconcile timesheets, salary structures, and deductions.
· Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and handle timely submissions.
· Prepare and share monthly payroll reports with management and finance teams.
· Liaise with statutory authorities and auditors when required.
· Maintain confidentiality and secure payroll information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of payroll processing experience.
· Experience in handling payroll for 100+ employees.
· Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, Saral PayPack, etc.).
· Good knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory regulations.
· Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity.
