Job Description
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, assisting in billing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general office administration and day-to-day operations
Preparing invoices and basic billing
Maintain and organize office documents, client records and file management tasks
Handle internal coordination, calls, and scheduling appointments
Support valuation team in report formatting and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and basic maintenance
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)
6 months experience in office administration or billing
Basic knowledge of invoicing or accounting is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
