Role Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountant(Female) to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations, including GST.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sale and purchase entry and manage ledger accounts in accounting software.

• Process, generate, and track E-way bills accurately for the movement of goods.

• Handle the generation and management of E-invoices in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Assist with GST compliance, including timely and accurate calculation, payment, and filing of returns.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and documentation.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.

• Support senior accounting staff with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Tally is a must: Proficient and hands-on experience with Tally (ERP 9 or Prime) software is mandatory.

• Proven experience in handling Sale Purchase Entry and related ledger maintenance.

• Practical knowledge and experience with the E-way Bill generation and tracking process.

• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
