The ideal candidate will handle purchase, sales, quotation, and journal entries with accuracy, while supporting the finance team in maintaining proper records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and verify purchase and sales entries in the accounting system.

• Prepare and maintain quotation entries for business transactions.

• Handle journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations as required.

• Assist in maintaining accurate ledgers and supporting documentation.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for smooth financial operations.

• Support the senior accountant/finance manager in routine accounting tasks.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  

Key Skills:

• 2+ years of accounting experience.

• Proficiency in handling purchase, sales, and journal entries.

• Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP systems preferred.
