Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses).
2. Prepare and update ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
3. Support in preparing invoices and handling accounts receivable/payable.
4. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain petty cash records.
5. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance under the guidance of seniors.
6. Support in month-end and year-end closing activities.
7. Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payment follow-ups.
8. Prepare basic financial reports and MIS data as required.
9. Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
10. Assist the senior accounts team in audits and other tasks.
