Role Summary

Nyassa Bath & Body is looking for a Junior Accountant to support retail accounting operations. This is a head-office-based role focused on accounting entries, retail sales data, attendance tracking, and incentive calculations, working closely with the Retail Supervisor and promoters. The role is ideal for a young accountant looking to grow in retail accounting and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process PO & SO entries, invoice generation, and sales register maintenance

• Track and reconcile debit notes and retail sales data

• Maintain accurate records in BUSY ERP/TALLY (or similar accounting software)

• Prepare Excel and Google Sheets reports for sales, attendance, and incentives

• Support attendance tracking and incentive calculations for retail promoters

• Coordinate with the Retail Supervisor and internal teams for data accuracy

• Ensure discipline, accuracy, and timely reporting across all assigned tasks

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience as an Accountant / Junior Accountant

• B.Com graduate (mandatory)

• Working knowledge of BUSY / Tally-type ERP systems

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (reports, tracking, calculations)

• Comfortable working with Google Sheets

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and ownership mindset
