Handling payables/receivables
Preparing MIS (Management Information System) reports
Reconciling accounts (inclusive of bank statements)
Regular reporting to management
Crafting MIS reports and reviewing invoices/payments
Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or related field
Good knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, MS Word
Understanding of GST, TDS, basic tax compliance
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organization
Preparing PPTs with regards to performance of Recruitment team
Effective communication—English proficiency is often required.
