Required Skills:

1) Good English written and verbal skills.

2) Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Tally.

3) The candidate should have basic knowledge of professional email drafting for internal and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare data and supporting documents for GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

-Assist in managing client billing, follow-ups on payments, and maintaining payment records.

-Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including entries of bills, invoices, and vouchers.

-Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for periodic financial reviews and documentation.

-Maintain confidentiality of client and financial data as per legal and professional standards.

-Reconcile bank statements, client ledgers, and vendor accounts regularly.
