Key Responsibilities:

1. Entering invoices and maintaining accounting records
2. Handling Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
3. Coordinating with the accounts team for payments
4. Maintaining petty cash records
5. Conducting bank reconciliation & vendor reconciliation
6. Updating accounting data in Excel when required
7. Daily purchase & sales entry
8. Working on Tally ERP 9: bank receipts, payment entries, reconciliations
9. Assisting with year-end account finalisation
10. Maintaining accuracy and completing tasks on time
