About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to handle the financial and accounting operations of Code Hostel. The ideal candidate will manage daily finance records, maintain data files, and ensure smooth handling of all hostel-related expenses and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records and data files.

• Record daily transactions and manage hostel expense reports.

• Handle bills, invoices, and petty cash.

• Coordinate with management for budget planning and payments.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of finance-related data.

• Prepare simple reports or summaries when required.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of accounting and finance.

• Knowledge of MS Excel or basic accounting software is a plus.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Responsible, honest, and able to manage records carefully.
