Position: Accountant

Location: Uluberia

Experience: 3 years

Salary: As per company standards

Primary Role & Responsibilities

·         Manage all Accounting transactions

·         Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

·         Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

·         Ensure timely Bank Payments

·         Compute Taxes, prepare tax returns, and reconciliation of GSTR

·         Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

·         Audit financial transactions and documents

·         Reinforce financial data, confidentiality, and conduct database backups.

·         Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.

·         Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

·         Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

Skill Sets

·         Working knowledge of SAP

·         Good knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

·         Knowledge of financial policies and regulations

·         Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables

·         Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

·         Experience with general ledger functions
