Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with strong expertise in Tally and Excel. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of hands-on experience in accounting reconciliations and a working knowledge of core accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Tally:

• Perform ledger reconciliation and ledger extraction

• Record receipt entries accurately

• Handle purchase and sales entries

• Maintain and update accounting records in Tally

• Apply basic accounting principles and journal entries as required

Excel:

• Utilize basic Excel functions including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Filtering

• Prepare and analyze reports using Excel tools

• Maintain and update data logs and accounting sheets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP (latest version preferred)

• Good understanding of accounting concepts and principles

• Strong Excel skills, especially with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas

• At least 1 year of experience in reconciliation activities

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

• Experience in handling GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance will be a plus
