Inventory & Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We're looking for an Inventory & Accounts Executive to manage our inventory operations, track stock levels, and handle accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory levels and track stock movements

- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile with accounts

- Ensure accurate stock valuation and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)

- Handle accounts payable and receivable

- Prepare and reconcile invoices and payments

- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and financial performance

- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and sales teams

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or accounting

- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and accounting concepts

- Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and inventory management software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
