Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our organization’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in accounting principles, practical experience with TDS and GST compliance, and be proficient in Tally and Excel. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting functions, financial reconciliation, vendor payments, and generating management reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Accounting Transactions and Documentation

• Accurately record and manage all financial transactions.

• Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation for audits and compliance.

2. Reconciliation of Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial statements.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

3. Tax Compliance (TDS & GST)

• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with TDS and GST regulations.

• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and related documentation.

4. Tally and Excel Proficiency

• Use Tally for daily accounting operations and report generation.

• Leverage Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and MIS reporting.

5. Vendor Payments

• Process vendor payments efficiently and on time.

• Maintain a clear record of all vendor transactions and contracts.

6. Bank Reconciliation

• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements with internal records.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

7. MIS Reporting

• Prepare and present accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports.

• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CA Inter qualification is mandatory.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting roles.

• Proficient in Tally and MS Excel.

• Strong understanding of TDS and GST regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
